Nice location, quiet, well equipped, public park, close to everything, nice walk possibilities (40 min of pleasant walk to Câmara de Lobos or downtown Funchal), supermarket / shopping at Forum Shopping Centre.
Guest access
Kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dish washer, etc.), 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room, 2 bathrooms (shower + toilet in each bathroom), tiny balcony, elevator, indoor parking, TV, high speed wifi (500 mb/sec), DVD player
Other things to note
The lock downstairs is sometimes a bit difficult to open (the building has many entrances, you have to use the one on your very right (close to the parking gate). Please use this technique : insert key, then withdraw it very slightly and lift it up; then turn anti clockwise.
Or… just use the remote to access the building via the parking 🙂
