About this space

The apartment is located in a modern and comfortable low-rise building, in a quiet and well-kept area of Funchal. Fortaleza de São João Baptista do Pico is just a 2-minute walk away and offers an incredible panoramic view of the city. There you’ll also find Café Fortaleza, where you can enjoy a tasty and affordable snack. The city center is about 10–15 minutes away on foot (note that Funchal is full of ascents and descents). A nearby bus stop is available, or you can take a Bolt cab — around €4 to the La Vie shopping center.

The space

The apartment includes a spacious living room, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen combined with a small laundry area. There are two patio areas — one off the living room and one off the kitchen.

• The living room features large windows, two comfortable workspaces, a pull-out sofa with a full-size double mattress, and a 65″ TV.
• The bedroom includes a 160×200 upholstered double bed and a closet with hangers.
• The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and basic essentials.
• The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
• The kitchen has an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cutlery, and a variety of utensils.
